Today’s Buzz: Fitness Experts Are Combining Forces In The West Town Shopping Center

A few days ago, Buzz Ambassador John Forde got a call from one of the owners of “The Ultimate Ride”, Gayle Shaefer.

She told John that in December she will share space in the West Town Shopping Center with a pair of former managers of “The Omni” Gym on Evans To Locks Road.

They will go into the 30,000 square foot space once occupied by Renaissance Fine Furniture.

It will be a short ride for “The Ultimate Ride” to move their spinning cycles and workout equipment. Currently, they are renting space in the front of the West Town Plaza near Matsu Sige and Firehouse Subs on Washington Road.

NEIL’S NOTES:  The former owners of Renaissance Fine Furniture had been locked in a legal battle with Meybohm over rent payments owed during the lease period.  Perhaps with a new tenant signing on, this will have an effect on that legal dispute.
